That's why (even though the bulk of our business is through the other services listed) we offer a one time service of anything you'd like.
So if you're looking for custom email blast templates, custom post materials for a new product, help updating your Instagram, etc. - We can work out a one time flat fee for whatever you need.

If there are any social media profiles you have not established (that we deem appropriate) we will create to have continuity with your other profiles. This does include Smart Bio link creation and updates if needed.
All of your graphics (including profile photos,
banners, highlight reels, etc.) will be updated for brand continuity across all platforms.
Any profiles you already have established, we will go in and revamp them. Profile settings, graphics, bios, contact info, highlight reels etc.
This includes updates for your URL, bio, contact info, profile tags, contact information, profile settings and more to make sure your profiles are in the best position possible.
After our initial consultations,
we will come up with a color scheme, font style and graphics for each of your social media profiles. We will continue to make adjustments until you are satisfied.

Each month we will comb through your profiles to see what type of content gets more engagement on each platform. This is in an effort to make sure that every month, your content is being adjusted an optimized to it's full potential.

This applies to anything that only requires a generic response. Anything needing your input will be screenshot and forwarded to you/us to respond at your descretion.
Along with your pregenerated content, you will be given a customized monthly newsletter to send out to your audience. This can center around personal thoughts, business updates, happenings in your market. Anything we decide!

During our time together, as your business makes new developments, we will always be here to help collaborate and present it in the best way to your audience.
We will have one standing meeting each month to discuss new developments or updates so that takes priority in your upcoming content. We also provide a second optional meeting each month, to use in whatever way you need.

My business is always up and down.
What if I need to stop your services once in awhile? Will I be locked into a contract?
Absolutely not!
Our only policy is that you notify us 30 days prior to discontinuing service (Basically, the month before what would be your last month).
I am nervous about handing over my social media profiles to someone else. How do I know I'll like what you do on my profiles?
Our primary goal with your social media is to take who you are and what you want to represent, and present it in the most professional form.
Therefore, our intial consultations will be ALL about us getting to know each other. You will be able to ask as many questions as you'd like until you feel comfortable!
We will not begin posting until you are happy with what we've created.
Does this require I film myself every week for videos you can post? What if I don't like making content like that?
We can make content from anything you'd like. If you prefer we create content from scratch - No problem!
We have clients where content is generated from just a few headshot photos business assets.
We love to get creative.
If you'd like to focus solely on content that involves you, we can provide you with step-by-step guidance on how to film that content. You'll send us the raw footage and we'll do all the editing and execution ourselves. (Don't worry. If you're camera shy, we have many ideas to make
that screentime small, but still satisfy the algorithm :])
We prefer a combination of everything. Professional graphics of announcements, personal photos (to let your followers feel like they're part of your life) and periodically content you film for your page.
You're a Florida based business, do you only work with Florida companies?
We are completely remote! Though we are a Tennessee and Florida based company, our clients come from all around the country. Our clients range from doctors offices, interior designers, sports personalities, to realtors and more!

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
As a Nashville Recording Artist in today's world, Ciara became well versed in social media. While isolated to her home (like most of us were in 2020) she began helping other artists and businesses with their own social media, simply as a kind gesture. Shortly thereafter, many inquiries piled in wondering WHO they hired and HOW they could hire them too. This began the start of her company, a new way to curate social media for entrepreneurs and business owners.
A company that would create custom content and take away the stress from businesses of generating, posting or keeping up with interactions on social media platforms. Serving as a boutique alternative to today's "one size fits all" digital marketing agencies.
